Access & Login

How do I create and access my account?

Register for your account here to subscribe to the CQ channel. Once you have registered and selected your plan, you can use this link here to log back into your dashboard at any time

Can I change my password?

You can update your password by clicking “Forgot your password?” on the login page. Once logged in, you can also update your password in the “Profile” tab accessed via the main menu.

Can I change my email address associated with my account?

No, your account is connected to the email address that you used to sign up.

Can I delete my account?

While logged in, access the main drop-down menu from the top righthand corner. From there, select the “Profile” tab. This will give you the option to delete your account.

Content & Navigation

Are the courses suitable for beginners?

Yes, our courses are designed for all levels, from beginners to experienced professionals. Each course includes clear instructions and practical examples to ensure you can follow along at your own pace.

Do the courses include interactive elements?

Yes! Our courses feature interactive quizzes, scenarios, and exercises to help you apply your learning in real-world situations.

Can I retake a course or exam?

You can review the course content as many times as you like. Exams can be retaken up to three times if you don’t pass on your first attempt.

How do I navigate through a course?

On the selected course dashboard you’ll be able to see each lesson within each course, as well as your progress so far. Click back into the relevant section and then use the arrows at the bottom right of the screen to move between pages.

On a desktop, you can also use your keyboard’s arrow keys. If navigation tools aren’t working, try refreshing your browser or clearing your cache.

How is my progress saved?

Your progress is saved automatically. When you log back in, you’ll resume where you left off.

Do I need to download anything to take the courses?

No, our courses are entirely web-based. All you need is an updated browser and stable internet connection. That being said, if you’d like to download some videos or cheatsheets, that’s readily available.

Troubleshooting

My courses are struggling to load.

Try clearing your cache, cookies, and deactivating your VPN if you are using one. If you have tried both of the above and are still experiencing issues, please provide further including screenshots, to support@boxplay.io.

I’m stuck on a page and can’t move forward.

If you’re stuck, first refresh your page and then try clearing your browser cache and cookies. If you’re still stuck, email support@boxplay.io with the details of the course and module where this is happening so we can investigate and get back to you.

Some images or text aren’t displaying properly.

Thank you for reporting this! Please email support@boxplay.io with the details so we can resolve it quickly. Sharing a screenshot would also be helpful.

The site isn’t working on my device. What should I do?

Make sure your device meets these requirements:

  • Modern browser (Edge, Chrome, Firefox or Safari)
  • Stable internet connection
  • Enabled cookies and JavaScript

If the problem persists, try clearing your cache or restarting your device. Contact support@boxplay.io if you need further help.

Accessibility

Are your courses accessible for users with disabilities?

Yes, our platform supports accessibility features such as text resizing, screen reader compatibility, and audio options. You can enable text resizing through your browser's zoom feature or accessibility settings. For screen readers, ensure your browser's accessibility tools are activated. Accessibility is important to us, so if you need additional accommodations, please email support@boxplay.io.

Can I use text-to-speech?

Yes, you can use text to speech with our courses on almost every browser.

  • Windows: Highlight text, then press Windows + Ctrl + Enter to use Narrator.
  • Mac: Highlight text, right-click, and select Speech → Start Speaking.

Can I change the language of the course content?

Currently all courses are available in English. We are working on adding additional languages in the future to expand our user experience.

Does the courses have multi-device compatibility?

BoxPlay.io is compatible with desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers. For the best experience, use an updated browser such as Chrome or Safari.

Do you have a mobile app?

We don’t currently have a dedicated mobile app. However, our platform is fully optimized for mobile browsers. Just log in to the original URL using your phone’s browser to access the content.

Are subtitles available for videos?

Yes, subtitles are available for all video content. Click the “CC” button on the video player to enable them.

Certification & Achievements

How do I earn a certificate?

Certificates are awarded upon both (a) successful completion of a course and (b) passing the final exam with a score of at least 70%. Certificates are usually sent within 24 hours of completing the course and passing the exam. If you’ve passed but haven’t received yours within this time frame, there may be a delay in the system. Please email support@boxplay.io, and we’ll investigate.

Where can I view my certificates?

Your digital certificate will be sent directly to the email you used to create your account. This only happens once you complete the course or series. Certificates can then be displayed on your LinkedIn profile, CV, or resume.

You will also be able to view your certificate on your dashboard under the Accreditation tab within 24 hours of passing the final exam(s).

Subscriptions & Refunds

Is it free to sign up?

Yes, you can experience the CQ channel for free! After the allocated 3-day trial period, you will automatically move onto a monthly or annual plan depending on your selection. Payments are processed securely through our platform via Stripe. If you’re part of a company-sponsored program, note that your access costs may already be covered.

What do you mean by the CQ “channel”?

You can think of your subscription to the CQ channel as a one-stop “edutainment” shop” rather than a simple series of courses.

You get:

  • 3 flagship skill paths. Active Listening™, Critical Thinking™, Negotiation™ (60–80 min each).
  • A short introductory module to the core concepts of CQ: Communication Quotient™. Your on-ramp to the science behind the method.
  • Ongoing skill development provided in 2–7 min videos, practice, and reflection prompts.
  • Interactive templates & cheatsheets you can download and use in meetings.

Can I switch between a monthly and annual plan?
